We love TOFU - we are here to change the stigma of tofu being blend and tasteless.

A lovely supper club with Tomorrows Plate by Phung - using tofu from her family business. Wing Fat Tofu has been making tofu for over 40 years in the UK. Now still made in Birmingham.

From kitchen table start up, made the traditional way and now supply Asian supermarkets and national wholesalers across the country. Family recipe has not changed and their tofu is known for its smooth consistency.
